Restaurant Manager

Trendy hotel chain, Bregenz, Austria

Tasks

  • deliver outstanding guest experiences, ensuring top-tier service from breakfast to fine dining,
  • lead and manage the team, overseeing daily operations, staff scheduling, and quality control,
  • communicate effectively with guests and staff in English, German is an advantage (language courses provided by the client),
  • building strong relationships and maintaining high service standards,
  • plan and coordinate events, working closely with hotel management to support MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events),
  • manage ordering and inventory, optimizing processes and ensuring compliance with operational standards,
  • monitor restaurant performance, analyze results, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • experienced leader with a strong background in hotel or restaurant management,
  • hospitality professional with supervisor-level experience in F&B operations,
  • fluent communicator in English, (German is a plus, BUT NOT NEEDED),
  • someone passionate about gastronomy, highly organized, and guest-oriented.

Salary

The collective agreement minimum salary is 2,574 EUR gross per month (on a 40-hour basis). The actual salary amounts to 3,000 EUR gross per month (on a 40-hour basis). The salary is paid 14 times per year. In addition, a monthly bonus is paid. The collective agreement Hotel- Gastgewerbe applies.
