We are a industrial-sized bakery based in Hungary. We produce premium frozen bakery products for retail and foodservice customers regionally. As we continue expanding in Austria, we are looking for a motivated Regional Sales Representative who knows the local market and enjoys developing strong partnerships.

This role is perfect for someone with experience in food or FMCG sales who already has a strong professional network and knows how to turn opportunities into long-term business.

Regional Sales Representative - Austria

Location: Austria (regional travel required)

Your Main Tasks

• Develop new customer relationships across Austria
• Grow sales with retailers, distributors, and foodservice partners
• Use your network and market knowledge to open new accounts
• Present our frozen bakery products and solutions to customers
• Handle negotiations and assist with commercial agreements
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Work closely with our sales and logistics teams
• Help drive sustainable business growth in the region

What You Bring

• Several years of successful sales experience in frozen foods, bakery products, or FMCG
• Existing contacts within the Austrian retail, distribution, or foodservice sectors
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Independent and organized working style
• Fluent German is essential; English skills are also required
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout Austria
• Valid driving license
